responsibilities:
* supervise accounting and tax activities.
* attend external and internal financial audits and tax audits by the sat.
* ensure monthly and annual closures according to the requirements of usa and germany, in collaboration with the plant controllers.
* prepare financial consolidation reports for the usa and germany.
* prepare and submit tax reports to corporate germany.
* fulfill legal unit requirements.
* prepare the annual tax report.
* prepare and submit all tax returns for various government agencies in mexico.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
* more than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* knowledge of general accounting, tax returns, payroll, social security, audits, fiscal regulations, audit presentations to shcp, international trade, and international accounting standards.
* proficiency in as400, ms office, accounting systems; sap knowledge is a plus.
* advanced level of english.
