in this role, you will manage a team of experienced demand generation managers and report directly to the director of demand generation. You will provide strategic guidance and support to your team, ensuring they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed. Your focus will be on driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective strategy development and execution.

* develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that meet or exceed client goals
* manage and mentor a team of demand generation managers to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
* analyze data and metrics to inform strategy development and optimize campaign performance
* stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes
* budget planning and management
about you:
* you have 5-8+ years of experience in paid media, inclusive of 2+ years recent agency experience
* you have 2-3+ years of experience in managing teams
* you have proven expertise across paid search and paid social
* you have experience in linkedin ads, bing ads, meta ads, linear tv, terrestrial radio, and the trade desk
* you have seo experience
* you have a proven track record of success in multi-channel paid media strategies
* you are equal parts competitive and curious, a true problem solver
* you have the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
