we are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our sailpoint solutions delivery in the latam region. As a key member of our team, you will ensure alignment with global standards, drive adherence to best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
key responsibilities:
* oversee the successful delivery of sailpoint solutions while executing all project management responsibilities with rigor and consistency.
* manage a diverse portfolio of projects of varying size and complexity with minimal oversight.
* represent the pmo in regional initiatives, ensuring local execution reflects global standards.
* provide end-to-end project management for phase 1 (and other ps) client engagements.
* prepare for and lead weekly staffing meetings, ensuring all notes, action and follow-up items are captured, distributed, and completed.
requirements:
* 7+ years of formal project management experience, including 3 or more years working directly for a pmo.
* excellent organization, and communication skills. Experience working with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* experience with essential project management duties (project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management).
* experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure engagements are delivered to specification, on-time and to budget.
* experience managing staffing across a large organization with up to 45 resources per geographic area.
