Commercial digital strategy manager
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 10+ years in digital/business transformation roles
* 5+ years focused on commercial functions (sales, marketing, aftersales).
* proven track record delivering digital initiatives across multiple countries/regions.
* hands-on experience with agile delivery and working closely with dto or central digital teams.
* strong stakeholder management with executives, country leaders and cross-functional teams.
* experience translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
* fluent in english / advanced
responsibilities:
* define and maintain commercial capability roadmap for latam in collaboration with dto and business stakeholders
* co-create and validate project requests/enhancements with business and dto
* drive delivery oversight and governance during implementation
* ensure adoption and change management across countries
* measure and report commercial impact of digital initiatives
* stakeholder engagement and alignment across regional and country teams
* vendor and partner management for commercial solutions
* data-driven insight enablement for commercial decision-making
* ensure compliance, security and architecture alignment with enterprise standards. Team development and capability growth: recruit, mentor and develop digital strategy resources across latam; define learning paths, succession plans and career progression aligned to dto and business needs

salary: $90,000 to $106,000 mxn gross monthly
