the role is based in mexico city hybrid role. Develop and manage a robust, evergreen project pipeline, ensuring continuous opportunity creation and progression.define and execute account-specific growth and defense strategies, supported by detailed account plans.identify customer strategies, unmet needs, and market trends to unlock new business opportunities.lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and go-to-market strategies with direct customers and distributors.act as the primary link between customers and iff's internal teams (applications, regulatory, qa, supply chain, customer service, marketing).maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage risks, and communicate insights through salesforce and regional forums.resolve customer issues, including complaints and payment disputes, ensuring high service levels throughout the sales cycle.

bachelor's degree in food engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific field.~3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within health, pharma, or food ingredients.~ solid understanding of health & dietary supplements markets, products, and technologies.~ demonstrated success in developing new businesses with end-to-end ownership of opportunities.~ strong strategic selling, negotiation, and account management skills.~ ability to translate customer pains into value-driven commercial and technical solutions.~ excellent english communication skills (written and verbal) and strong proficiency in commercial it tools (salesforce, ms office).

established regional network across mexico, central america, or the caribbean.proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects.
