responsibilities
as housekeeping manager, you will oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations across guest rooms, apartments, and public areas, ensuring every space is immaculately maintained, thoughtfully staged, and ready to welcome guests from day one. You will bring the purpose of "care for people so they can be their best" to life, delivering the hyatt brand experience to guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality/tourism management.
* minimum 2 years’ experience as housekeeping manager in a luxury or ultra‑luxury hotel.
* demonstrated success in pre‑opening environments is highly desirable.
* strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* exceptional leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills.
* comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
* eye for detail with experience of presenting and staging rooms for guest arrival.
* fluency in english and spanish.
