Overview
you will work on the igaming market to create, review, publish and order new content in spanish with high standards of quality.
Your main responsibility is to develop and implement content strategies that not only align with our overarching business objectives but also address the interests and needs of our valued users.
Responsibilities
define and implement an editorial strategy with the seo manager to achieve company objectives.
Conduct keyword research and identify new revenue streams, including emerging organic trends and niches in the igaming industry.
Write or delegate the writing of articles across the site network, ensuring consistency in tone and compliance with brand guidelines.
Ensure optimal monetization through testing and optimizing affiliate strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Be accountable for the performance of your sites and implement necessary actions to improve them (on‑site optimizations, serp feature tracking, new content, internal linking, prioritizing keywords and brands).
Monitor performance through daily rankings, search console, looker studio, etc., using kpis such as conversion rates, traffic, ctp, ndcs and ranking positions.
Find and manage content contributors (in‑house and freelancers) while staying within budget.
Lead content and site‑related projects such as launches, revamps or campaign coverage.
Ensure sites remain legally compliant and commercially accurate while maintaining and improving search rankings.
Conduct regular content audits to uphold quality standards, best practices and brand alignment.
Identify technical issues and propose improvements to enhance user experience.
Develop and share detailed content guidelines with writers to ensure consistency.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, regulatory changes, continuously monitoring and benchmarking.
Share regular updates, feedback, collaborative insights with the seo manager and wider team.
Provide structured reports on performance and market conditions with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate cross‑functional projects with clear timelines and risk identification.
Mentor junior writers and freelancers, fostering continuous learning and content excellence.
Test and implement new content formats (interactive tools, quizzes, videos) to drive user engagement.
Explore and experiment with new tools for seo, analytics and content production.
Analyze user behavior to improve conversion through better content placement and performance.
Collaborate with the seo manager to implement and test technical seo improvements.
Qualifications
at least two years of experience in content management or copywriting, with a strong digital performance track record.
Industry knowledge – experience in igaming or affiliate marketing is a plus.
Understanding the key role of user experience (ux) in content engagement.
Active contribution to editorial strategies and planning.
Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
Meticulous about quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Efficiently manage and execute content calendars aligned with marketing and product goals.
Proactively identify usability issues, propose improvements and follow through on implementation.
Stay informed about local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience coordinating freelancers and maintaining timely, high‑quality content delivery.
Fluency in english and spanish.
