This role will oversee the full audiovisual production process from budgeting and planning to shooting, post production, and final delivery ensuring that all content meets creative, strategic, and technical standards. The adecuado candidate brings a deep knowledge of production workflows, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously in a fast paced, creative environment. Key responsibilities oversee the end to end production of all audiovisual content, including tvcs, branded content, digital videos, social media assets, and internal communications. Lead production planning, including budgeting, scheduling, crew hiring, location scouting, and supplier coordination. Collaborate closely with creative teams, account leads, and clients to understand project needs and ensure alignment from pre production through delivery. Supervise on set execution, ensuring production quality, brand consistency, and creative integrity. Manage post production workflows editing, animation, color, sound and ensure timely delivery of assets. Build and maintain a strong network of directors, dps, editors, production houses, and post vendors. Ensure production complies with legal, regulatory, and brand standards. Drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and risk management across all projects. Mentor and lead internal producers and coordinators to support their growth and development.
