*responsibilities*:
- * lead generation*: identify and qualify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector through research, networking, and outreach.
- * client engagement*:develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, healthcare providers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- * sales support*: work collaboratively with the sales team to support the sales process, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

- * product knowledge*: maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- * pipeline management*: track and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using crm tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of activities and progress.
- * collaboration*: work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- * event participation*: represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
*requirements*:
- * experience*:< 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- * skills*:
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- familiarity with crm software and sales tracking tools.
