Job summary
we are seeking a seasoned human resources and ehs manager to lead our hr operations in multiplant or multi-shift environments. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end processes, including hiring, onboarding, terminations, and employee relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who can drive compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.
key responsibilities
1. hr:
* supervise hr operations in multiplant or multi-shift environments, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
* lead a team of 5-10 hr professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
* administer payroll-related processes and reporting using tress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* oversee kpis, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
* ensure full compliance with nom-035 and other hr-related norms, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
2. ehs (environment, health & safety):
* develop and implement ehs programs, promoting a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
* coordinate audits and inspections from stps, secretaría de salud, protección civil, ensuring readiness and compliance.
* lead ehs training, educating employees on risk prevention and workplace safety best practices.
