* effectively communicate finance programs to ensure proper implementation and increase sales penetration
* ensure the quality of sales procedures through dsms, exceeding customer expectations in each market
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
* 10+ years' relevant experience in sales leadership
* proven track record in the automotive industry
* sales expertise with a focus on business growth
* advanced english language skills
