job description
* act as d&d core team member for technical/system management scope from rfq phase until sop.
* serve as the key interface between cto organization and global project management teams within customer projects.
* manage development schedule and ensure adherence to cto's project budget.
* act as project manager for cto projects.
* identify, analyze, and manage project stakeholders, risks, and opportunities; drive cto development team members to do the same.
* coordinate cto inputs for milestone and gate reviews.
* prepare and provide regular status reports.
qualifications and experience
* proficient english speaking and writing skills (80%)
* bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
* minimum 3 years in project management or technical development within the automotive industry (preferably wiring harness or related systems).
* knowledge of automotive development processes (rfq to sop).
* excellent stakeholder management and risk analysis skills.
* proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams.
