*role purpose*
ensure direct material requirements of the business, plan material deliveries on time to the appropriate quality standards, through a highly capable and cost effective supply base (qcd standards). Qcd).
*key responsibilities*
- direct subject matter expert, covering multiple plants.
- support the build, align and execute the business strategy.
- in charge of costing and sourcing process in coordination with capm area to ensure flawless launch and on-time performance launch and on-time performance.
- lead negotiations and formal contractual agreements related to direct material in compliance with policies and procedures.
- supervise supplier financial performance, ensure actual material savings and forecasts are reflected in a timely manner forecasts are reflected in a timely and accurate manner in the procurement systems (pap update).

*experience and essential qualifications*
- 5-10 years of purchasing experience, preferably in direct materials.
- experience working with cross-cultural teams, as a team leader or team member.
- extensive knowledge in dealing with national and international suppliers.
- advanced english. Ability to work in a matrix organization.
