Our customer service reps provide service and support for our customers from electronics, automotive and mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as:
expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, rmas, inside sales support, between others.
Essential duties and responsibilities - ability to work independently and with teams to:
- satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders.
- develop solid working relationships with customers and team members.
- respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.
- coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations.

*qualifications*:
education and/or experience:
- associates degree from university (engineering or administrative degree); or a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales or a combination of education and experience.
Computer skills:
- the individual should have knowledge of microsoft outlook, word, excel, and powerpoint. Past experience with pc based order entry in erp systems.
English spoken.
