**Resume of the Position**:
An Exports Documentation Analyst must ensure that Hills business provides complete and on time documentation to all intercompany and final customers all around the world for all export of finished goods, facilitating the import process for subsidiaries and global customers.
**Responsibilities of the Position**:
- Provide daily Tracking on PGI status of International Shipments to identify Invoicing needs and Create / Trigger and complete information to generate invoices per event
- Constant communication with warehousing team to follow up on PGI's to be done
- Manual Adjustment when applicable (Cost, Information, etc)
- Supporting CPUS Co / CP Canada / Tom’s / COP / Hills
- Populate and Collect all critical Export Documents per Shipment
- Ensure all Export Documentation is available per shipment (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Lot Report, Certificate of Insurance, Health Certificate, etc)
- Interact with Internal and External Parties
- Regulatory, Plants, DCs, Freight Forwarders, Customs Agents, CP/Hills Intercompany entities and Customers
- Administrative and Documentation Management Role
- Printing / Scanning / Courier of Documents to interesting parties
- Google Folders Management for Documentation Repositories
- Participate actively in case of Audit Processes
- Back up for Export Transportation Planners for Hills and/or CP NA
What do you need?
- Advanced English
- 2-3 years of experience in import & exportations process or 2-3 years of experience in logistics
- Excel/ Google Sheets knowledge
- Bachelor´s Degree
- SAP (desirable)
