as a corporate and business strategy consultant at pwc, you will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth.

the opportunity
when you join pwc acceleration centers (acs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various acceleration center services, from advisory to assurance, tax and business services. In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
as part of the strategy consulting team you will conduct analyzes and develop insights to address client business challenges, shaping impactful strategies for growth. As a senior associate, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, facilitate decision-making, and lead project work streams, while enhancing your strategic acumen and contributing to the firm's thought leadership initiatives.
responsibilities
familiarity with financial statements and how they're generated, including consolidations, planning & budgeting, and variance reporting
familiarity with the main finance functions including planning, treasury, tax, ap/ar, and reporting
understanding of or the ability to run consolidation and / or planning systems (data, hierarchy, rules, etc.)
supporting kpi reporting, operational metrics and scorecards through data & analytics tools
demonstrating high level knowledge or previous interaction with erp systems, such as sap, oracle, workday as user.
proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness
experience with process improvement deploying shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management

year(s) of working directly in a consulting environment advising corporations on finance, cash and working capital transformation and/or technology enhancements.
