you will be supporting the implementation of a targeted marketing strategy that aligns with the unique characteristics of the latin american market, considering cultural nuances and local industry requirements.


responsibilities

* planning of customer events and trade shows at the regional level, managing and coordinating internal processes for approvals, payment and contracts and ensure correct reflection of roi with in salesforce
* assist with tasks needed to keep the client projects and campaigns running smoothly
* support the production of marketing materials
* update advertising copy, reports, and presentations
* conduct market research to define target audiences for different products/services and create buyer personas
* perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
* produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, and webinars
* monitor social media activities to assess the public’s perception of the company’s brand
* track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials


qualifications

* bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
* minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or business administration
* ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret kpi and roi metrics
* knowledge of crm software like salesforce and/or eloqua marketing automation platform
* experience organizing events
* excellent verbal and written communication skills in spanish and english; portuguese desired but not exclusive
