Key responsibilities:
* develop and maintain human factor design requirements to ensure alignment with design evolution, peer research, and external influences.
* optimize the human factors design requirement library within figma for streamlined and visual deployment.
* support research to establish sound requirements.
* capture and communicate changes to regulations.
* ensure human factor design requirement compliance through verification methods.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in human factors engineering/psychology or ergonomics, industrial designer, or digital designer.
* working knowledge of human factors.
* digital design experience (figma expertise a plus).
* strong teamwork, effective communication skills, proactivity, and proficiency in english.
