You will be part of the network operations center. The team manages our corporate network. As an operations analyst, you will develop your it skills in a large enterprise, collaborate with people from different countries and enjoy a great work environment.
key responsibilities
* analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve network alerts.
* follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.
* work with cross-function teams of it professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
* track the resolution of all issues
* escalates critical issues to the noc shift supervisor and support teams.
* work with isps and other service providers to create support issues.
qualifications
* knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as network architectures, ip voice, data, or internet technologies
* knowledge of servers (linux and windows).
* english written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (b1 cefr)
