we are looking for a *responsible, motivated, and organized individual* with experience in supervising shifts to join our team at *marina bay yacht & residence club *in *puerto aventuras*. As a supervisor, you will ensure that all locations are properly covered and that the team operates efficiently and effectively to meet company goals. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing sales promoters, and ensuring the smooth running of our activities.

- previous experience in supervising teams or shifts
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- ability to lead by example and motivate a team

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- *must live in puerto aventuras or nearby and have own transportation*
*key responsibilities*:
- supervise and manage a team of *sales promoters* to ensure smooth daily operations
- oversee that all locations are covered and that shifts are properly organized
- ensure team members are meeting performance goals and targets
- provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to the team
- monitor and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving performance
