The Opportunity
Your Impact
As Procurement Ingredients Manager, your scope includes leading the digital transformation of the procurement function by designing, optimizing, and automating end-to-end processes. You will drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier value creation, ensuring operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with corporate digitalization goals. As a senior leader, you will enable innovation, compliance, and scalability across procurement operations while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, and category strategy.
Responsibilities Total expenditure managed is approximately USD 100 million per year.
Manage more than 20 PMF suppliers and RFPs (Supplier Relationship Management).
Process mapping and improvement: document current processes (BPMN, SIPOC), identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, propose redesigns aligned with best practices.
Automation design and execution using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or SAP IRPA; implement digital workflows for approvals, purchase orders, contracts, etc.
Develop and implement the digital roadmap for the procurement area; adopt e-sourcing, e-invoicing, and e-contracting platforms; monitor digitalization and efficiency KPIs.
Lead digital transformation projects within procurement; coordinate with IT, Finance, and suppliers to ensure integration.
Data analysis: create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau; analyze procurement data to support strategic decisions.
Harmonize bidding processes and cost structures for PMF; co-lead sustainability projects (PiP+ agenda).
Validate new sources of supply and develop suppliers for exclusive sourcing materials.
Present monthly financial reports and ensure the accuracy of monthly forecasts with the planning team.
Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in procurement, process improvement, or digital transformation.
Experience using AI.
Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma, BPM, RPA Developer, Power Platform.
Budget management experience.
2+ years of experience in Direct Purchasing/Supply with potential for advancement within the GP organization.
Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize the category; experience in financial analysis and cost modeling.
Strong organizational, execution, and negotiation skills; fluency in English for global collaboration.
Experience in sustainable sourcing in agriculture is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to influence at all levels; constructive feedback in a team setting.
Negotiation skills with extensive knowledge of direct materials (minimum 3 years) and change management.
