we are seeking a qualified property association manager to support community associations remotely. The role involves overseeing community functions, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulations.
responsibilities:
* support a portfolio of financial or smaller client accounts, attending meetings virtually.
* oversee community maintenance, vendor follow-up, and resident interface.
* act as liaison between the board of directors and residents, executing policies and managing resident requests and grievances.
* prepare meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action lists.
* manage fiscal responsibilities, including reviewing invoices, coordinating taxes and reserve studies, and financial statement review.
* attend and support association meetings, elections, and procedural tasks.
* maintain knowledge of governing documents, statutes, and local ordinances.
work schedule:
monday to friday, 10:00-19:00 mexico city time (standard) or 09:00-18:00 during daylight saving time.
