What you´ll do
* develops and implements state-of-the-art people management practices, hr solutions and strategies for latam functions (finance, hr, facilities, procurement, among other areas)
* drives change management projects and manages the hr related communication regionally
* identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees
* steers salary review process for relevant management levels regionally
* conducts and steers recruitment and succession planning as well as recommending training for management level regionally
* manages organizational design and supports recruitment activities for talents regionally
* coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator regionally
* manages promotion process for management levels
* drives understanding of regional hr and business priorities
* steers retention management regionally
* leads the design, development, activation and evaluation of processes to support hr strategies
* facilitate and support organizational change initiatives across the region
* address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to local hrbps
