Position summary
we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sales administrator to support our sales team in managing client accounts, coordinating service proposals, processing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales workflow. This role is crucial to optimizing our sales pipeline, maintaining crm data integrity, and facilitating communication between the sales, technical, and billing teams.
key responsibilities
* sales support & coordination
* prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and service agreements in collaboration with account managers and technical leads
* assist with the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with provisioning and technical teams
* track renewals for managed services agreements, software licensing, and vendor subscriptions
* follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to ensure timely client responses
* efficiently schedule internal and external departmental meetings for sales and project initiatives
crm & documentation
* maintain and update crm system (e.g., connectwise, hubspot, salesforce) with accurate client and deal information
* generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for the sales team and leadership
* ensure all documentation is compliant, signed, and filed appropriately
client & vendor liaison
* act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to sales documentation or service agreements
* coordinate with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, availability, and licensing information
operational support
* assist in tracking kpis and sales performance metrics
* coordinate internal handoffs between sales and service delivery teams
* support marketing campaigns by helping manage outreach lists and follow-ups
requirements
* two or more years of experience in a sales administration or sales operations role (preferably in an msp, it services, or saas environment)
* strong working knowledge of crm systems (e.g., connectwise, salesforce, hubspot)
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
* exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
preferred qualifications
* experience with quoting tools such as quotewerks, connectwise sell, or similar
* familiarity with it service models, saas licensing, and managed services contracts
* basic understanding of cybersecurity, cloud services, and networking terminology
* associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
