a restaurant chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing the restaurant team to deliver an excellent staff experience while controlling food costs.
what will i be doing?
as a restaurant chef, you will contribute to menu creation for the italian restaurant and manage food quality and consistency. You will also oversee staff performance, manage work rotas, ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards, support brand standards through team training, and control food costs to enhance revenue. Responsibilities include:
