- build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
- ensure accurate and timely updating of recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ats).
- help in the development of job postings, advertisements, and social media strategies to attract top aerospace talent.
- collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and improve sourcing and recruitment practices.
- stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- strong interest in the aerospace industry and recruiting.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for recruiting.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).
- previous recruiting experience (internship or entry-level) in aerospace or related industries is a plus.
- experience with applicant tracking systems (ats).
- basic knowledge of aerospace roles and technical skills.
