we are seeking for a medical collections specialist to join our call center team.
in this role, you'll work with healthcare-related accounts to recover past-due balances, ensuring respectful communication and compliance with industry regulations.

main activities
* contact patients or clients with overdue medical accounts.
* negotiate payment plans and settlements.
* handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
* maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities.
what we're looking for
* experience in collections.
* strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
experience with:
* crm & collection software (a plus)
* microsoft excel, outlook
* skip tracing tools
schedule:
monday - friday (weekends off)
40 hrs per week
morning shift
