responsibilities
- collaborate with finance teams to define use case specifics for increased efficiency and productivity
- collaborate with bi analysts, data scientists, and partner finance analysts to ensure technical design aligns with business goals
- provide feedback to product team to expand and meet user needs
- drive project plan completion and ensure deployed solution meets user needs and enters maintenance
- maintain high development practices including technical design, systems configuration, test documentation, and issue resolution
- uphold data integrity and confidentiality by establishing security procedures

- skills in program management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and influencing
- proficiency in business analysis, business acumen, business communication, and data analysis
- knowledge of sql
- experience in implementing analytics and reporting solutions as program manager or team lead
