job requirements:
* bachelor degree holder of psychology, behavioral science, human resource management
* with at least 6 to 7 years managerial experience.
* experience on iso, haccp, gmp certifications with respect to hr operations is an advantage

job responsibilities:
* manage end-to-end hr operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and workplace relations.
* ensure accurate maintenance of employee files, attendance logs, and hr documents in line with legal requirements and internal policies.
* demonstrate strong abilities in planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and operational control.
* oversee daily administrative activities to maintain efficient office operations.
* guide and inspire the hr and administrative teams to deliver high standards of performance and efficiency.
