responsibilities
* experience building out an enterprise data platform, driving enterprise data services across the organization.
* hands-on data engineer/architect with extensive skills across data engineering, pyspark, power bi, and related technologies.
* expertise across data governance, classification, design/approach level skills with practical execution to reach the run phase.
* act as an azure data architect, driving integration, modeling, storage, and analytics.
* drive data catalogues, data mapping, and health checks for inbound/outbound data.
* present data to business/it stakeholders using synapse analytics, power bi, and other analytical platforms.
* experience with microsoft fabric is a plus; familiarity with life sciences domain data is required.
qualifications
* strong tech chops with experience in synapse analytics, power bi, and related tools.
* proven ability to build and run an enterprise data platform and data services.
* experience in data governance, data classification, and data cataloging.
* excellent communication and focus on results; team collaboration skills.
