the compliance and risk operations specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the audit readiness team is equipped to identify, investigate, and resolve compliance issues. This involves assessing escalated matters and communicating effectively with team members or stakeholders. The specialist will also contribute to enhancing the audit and monitoring process.
*key responsibilities:*
* monitor various dashboards for timely information sharing with stakeholders
* execute audit readiness activities and document them thoroughly
* assess risks on sample materials from digital channels and execute appropriate audit readiness processes
* report relevant issues through internal processes
* support root cause analysis by gathering documentation and points of contact
* oversee accurate completion of internal forms and implement corrective actions
* document preventative actions and inform stakeholders on implementation and next steps
*essential requirements:*
* bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* advanced english language skills (c1-c2 level)
* 2-3 years' experience in supporting compliance or audit in the life sciences industry
* strong understanding of us compliance & regulatory laws and processes
* knowledge of the us materials approval process and its role in maintaining compliance and auditability
* problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
* ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
* understanding of integrated working in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment
* familiarity with new-generation technologies and trends is an added advantage
