About this role:we are seeking an experienced hr manager to lead and manage human resources functions within a shared service center.
the ideal candidate will support a centralized hr delivery model, ensuring efficient hr operations, compliance, employee engagement, and talent management across multiple business units and geographies.key responsibilities:hr operations management: oversee day-to-day hr operations within the shared service center, ensuring smooth delivery of hr services such as onboarding, payroll support, employee records management, benefits administration, and hr reporting.employee relations: act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee relations issues promptly and effectively.compliance & policy implementation: ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements within the shared service center.
assist in policy development and communication.performance management: support performance appraisal processes, training needs analysis, and career development programs to enhance employee capabilities and productivity.hr analytics & reporting: generate and analyze hr metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline hr processes within the shared service center for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.stakeholder management: liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and legal advisors, to deliver high-quality hr services.employee engagement & culture: drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture within the shared service center.qualifications and experiencebachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; hr certifications (e.g., shrm, cipd) preferred.minimum 7 years of progressive hr experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.prior experience working in a shared service center or multinational environment is highly desirable.strong knowledge of labor laws, hr best practices, and compliance requirements.excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.proficient in hris systems, ms office, and hr analytics tools.ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.strong leadership and team management capabilities.previous experience in automotive industry is essential.english advanced is required.this employer is an affirmative action/eeo employer.
