about the role
we're looking for a customer engagement manager (crm) to lead and evolve the customer engagement strategy across a portfolio of fashion & beauty brands. This role goes beyond traditional crm, focusing on building end-to-end, data-driven customer experiences that drive retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
you will lead a growing team, orchestrate omnichannel journeys across key touchpoints, and ensure operational excellence across crm platforms, while partnering cross-functionally to unlock business growth and elevate the customer experience.
key responsibilities
* lead and develop the crm team, ensuring strong execution, prioritization, and continuous growth.
* define and execute the customer engagement strategy across multiple brands and channels.
* design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys focused on acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
* drive marketing automation and crm operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
* analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights and business impact.
* partner with marketing, e-commerce, retail, analytics, and brand teams to align crm with commercial goals.
* enhance crm capabilities, data quality, and governance standards.
* manage external partners, agencies, and crm technology vendors.
what we're looking for
* solid experience in crm, customer engagement, marketing automation or retention.
* 1+ year leading teams or managing talent.
* strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.
* experience with crm/cx platforms (sap, salesforce, oracle, emarsys, etc.).
* fluent english.
