Job description
the finance controller manager oversees all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, accurate financial reporting, and operational efficiency.key responsibilities:
lead the plant's financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and full financial close processes.
Oversee cost control, variance analysis, and profitability to support business performance and decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local statutory requirements.
Act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership on investments, cost‑saving initiatives, and process improvements.
Manage and develop the plant finance team while delivering timely financial reporting and supporting erp/digitalization initiatives.
The successful applicant
bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
Certified public accountant (cpa), cma, or similar accreditation preferred.
5+ years relevant experience in manufacturing finance, with prior management/supervisory role.
Proficiency in financial software (sap, oracle, or similar erp).
Advanced english.
