sales representative – mexico
we are seeking a motivated sales representative to join our mexico team. In this role, you will be responsible for field sales activities, focusing on supporting our distributors and expanding our retail footprint in hardware and tool stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-ground sales environment.
responsibilities
conduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and expand retail presence in hardware and tool stores.
identify and onboard new retail accounts (hardware stores, construction material retailers, etc.).
train and educate store staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.
achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
prepare regular sales reports, including market insights, customer feedback, and progress updates.
build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.
qualifications
1+ years of field sales or retail channel development experience, preferably in hardware, tools, construction materials, or related industries.
demonstrated experience in retail store development, dealer/distributor support, or b2b sales.
strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
willingness to travel extensively within mexico (up to 70% travel).
valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for work (travel expenses reimbursed).
working language: spanish.

commercial sales support (hexagon manufacturing intelligence)
the sales support representative (ssr) is an integral part of the sales organization and provides sales support for retention, development and acquisition accounts. The ssr is expected to problem solve and self-start while managing a variety of requests and tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong communication skills, able to work independently and driven for results. Due to cooperation with various cultures, we are looking for an open-minded, proactive person who is willing to take ownership and contribute to profit of the company. The primary objective of the ssr is to enhance customer satisfaction by reducing escalations and enhancing the lenovo customer experience through the timely and precise delivery of solutions. The ssr plays a crucial role in supporting pc sales specialists and client managers responsible for customer relationships. This support involves handling back-office responsibilities such as opportunity to contract management, generating system configurations from our product range, and offering proactive follow-up and information on comprehensive account support. Regular communication and coordination with sales representatives are integral components of the ssr\'s responsibilities.
job responsibilities
support assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned territory
support presales activities and respond to post sales questions
e2e ownership and troubleshooting assistance of any back-end operational matter raised by sales team
collaborate with cross functional teams to improve customer experience within assigned territory
verify credit limits through accounts receivable and support resolution of overdue invoices and credit issues
accurately process customer transactions (quotes and sales orders)
identify and implement process improvements to increase the team efficiency and effectiveness.
help develop top quality procedures and control checkpoints to proactively find errors and gaps.
requirements
2+ years of experience in similar companies/position is preferred
advanced english level, written and oral (exclusive)
intermediate to advanced microsoft excel and powerpoint skills
positive attitude and ability to collaborate in an energetic environment building strong relationships
ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with minimal guidance and deal with ambiguity
strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
self-driven, proactive working and goal oriented
ability to stay organized and work independently to research for solutions

sales engineer
we are seeking a sales engineer with strong technical acumen and business development skills to drive sales of custom automation solutions. This individual will serve as a bridge between our engineering team and our clients, identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation through project handoff.
key responsibilities
develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across manufacturing industries.
identify opportunities for custom machines, automation projects, and manufacturing cell solutions through consultative sales.
collaborate with engineering and project management teams to prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
conduct client site visits to assess needs, gather requirements, and present solutions.

qualifications
bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
3+ years of experience in sales of automation equipment, custom machinery, robotics, or manufacturing systems.
strong understanding of industrial automation, controls, and manufacturing processes.
excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
