you will contribute to the positioning of our company as a leading provider of electrified powertrain solutions. As a member of the team, you will work directly in the communications team, which oversees managing communication at all levels of the organization, such as internal communication, external communication, online communication, as well as brand and event management.
in this role, you will support us in telling exciting stories to our employees, customers, media, and industry about how we are driving clean mobility, and delivering our transformational messages to society.
you will have an ongoing collaborative role with senior management, proposing new and innovative initiatives to improve the way we communicate and to generate engagement with all our audiences.
main responsibilities:
* develop strategic corporate communication planning.
* follow up on the central communication plan and the corporate communication agenda to propose ideas that will help us to better reach our audiences.
* work with the different departments and locations to identify relevant topics to be communicated.
* manage internal communication channels and internal communication campaigns.
* coordinate social networks: strategy, planning, creation, control, and measurement.
* monitor activity on our social networks.
* create digital communication campaigns.
* manage and update the website, as well as keep statistical control of the site.
* keep in harmony the use of the brand in the external presence and support branding events.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertisement, or related areas.
* fluent english.
* skills in design, creativity, and branding.
* experience in social media planning and management.
* communication skills.
* microsoft office tools management.

* use of professional camera and photo editing.
* experience using design tools such as illustrator and photoshop.
