Sales & trade marketing associate – retail channel (mexico) (work from home) we are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven sales & trade marketing associate to support the expansion of our retail presence in mexico. This role will focus primarily on identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with specialty beauty stores, boutiques, and concept stores, while supporting broader commercial initiatives. As we are in a growth phase, this position requires flexibility, creativity, and a strong understanding of how sales and marketing intersect. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness, has experience in retail sales and trade marketing, and enjoys building brands from the ground up. Key responsibilities identify and contact potential retail partners (beauty stores, boutiques, concept stores) to introduce and promote our product line. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and new accounts. Negotiate sales terms, manage orders, and ensure proper follow‑up on deliveries and payments. Support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives (pop materials, in‑store activations, sampling programs, and promotions). Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across retail points. Provide insights and feedback from the market, including competitor activity and retailer needs. Assist in the organization of local events, fairs, or activations related to retail and brand awareness. Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries in the mexican market. Experience managing retail accounts and executing trade marketing activities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Intermediate to advanced english level (written and spoken). Nice to have previous experience with premium or natural skincare brands. Knowledge of digital sales tools, crm systems, or retail management software. Experience working with small retailers or independent concept stores. Understanding of marketing fundamentals or brand activation. Creative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing ideas beyond the sales scope.
