1. the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service satisfaction among dealers, optimizing local accessories supply rates, and achieving sales targets.
2. this includes planning, organizing, and implementing service capability improvement plans for dealers, as well as constructing active and passive service working procedures, standards, and building a skilled team.
3. in addition, the service manager will be responsible for parts planning, warehousing logistics planning, delivery (including host country), and management.
4. the role also involves product testing, pre-market service planning, and preparation in the host country.
requirements:
* the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical-related field.
* a minimum of 5 years of experience in service and service management, preferably with experience in agricultural machinery industry service.
* fluency in english is required as it will be used as the primary working language.
