job responsibilities:
* monitor and follow up on kpis across departments, conduct floor audits, and track action items.
* train quality and production personnel, generate reports on non-conforming products and processes.
* participate in root cause analysis, manage quality alerts, and handle scrap issues.
* develop policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve product, material, and operational quality.
* ensure and maintain product and process quality, including standard procedures (e.g., iso 9001:2000, iso 14000 family), quality audits, taguchi methods, and reengineering processes.
* responsibilities are within the quality assurance methods function, either as a generalist or a discipline combination.
