Job description:
role purpose
the transformation oversight office is a special unit operating under the board mandate to successfully provide oversight, shape, and deliver strategic programmes. This role reports directly to the head of transformation oversight office and is highly visible to the executive committee.
main activities
* program management: develop and implement programme plans, track progress, and identify risks.
* process governance: define and maintain processes for generating, disseminating, and refreshing transformation related progress/knowledge.
* day-to-day oversight: monitor and manage transformation status via a synthesized view of individual workstream progress against plan.
* document management: own the central repository of documentation and processes.
* meeting coordination: develop and maintain calendar of meetings and milestones across the program.
* improvement identification: identify and share opportunities for transformation office improvements.
* collaboration: collaborate with transformation financial lead to ensure accurate financial monitoring.
