Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and shape the organization’s people strategy at a national level.This executive role requires a visionary leader capable of driving cultural transformation, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, and building a high-performance organization prepared for sustained growth and innovation.The idóneo candidate is a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, with a proven track record in organizational development, workforce planning, and modern HR leadership.Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the company’s comprehensive people strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.- Drive organizational transformation through cultural development, leadership programs, and strategic workforce planning.- Lead Talent Acquisition, People Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Organizational Effectiveness functions.- Advise the Executive Committee on key workforce trends, change management, and future-of-work initiatives.- Build a strong leadership pipeline and promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence.- Develop compensation, benefits, and retention strategies that attract and retain top talent.- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, as well as ethical business practices.- Act as a trusted strategic partner to business units, enabling data-driven HR decision-making.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
