H. Participate in setting, communicating and achieving department goals and develop and maintain performance metrics as required to monitor results and use those results as a tool to identify and initiate process improvements within own work area. Coordinate and/or participate in continuous improvement teams in own or other areas to enhance plant results. I. Supervise the identification of material non-conforming of their staff, at least once at shift. J. K. Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure safe working conditions, efficient and effectiveness. M.
