- research and identify u.s. snack distributors / distribuidores de alimentos nationwide.
- track leads and follow-ups in trello / google sheets / crm.
- prepare weekly progress reports and communicate with management in english.
- support the u.s. sales team with data organization and scheduling.

requirements / requisitos
- residency in mexico and ability to work u.s. business hours (zona pacífico preferida).
- 1+ year experience as virtual assistant / asistente virtual, sales coordinator / coordinador de ventas, or research assistant / asistente de investigación.
- strong english writing & reading skills (nível avanzado o bilingüe).
must speak fluent english
- experience using google workspace, trello, whatsapp business y correo profesional.
- self-motivated, organized, and reliable / proactivo y responsable.
