Overview:
ensure the timely delivery of reports and analysis required by customers, and oversee wws's quality department to ensure compliance with established standards.
responsibilities
1. resolve quality-related problems.
2. manage the wow system.
3. generate quality alerts in the event of any incident.
4. attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients.
5. prepare weekly reports for clients.
6. follow up on audit findings.
7. monitor damages.
8. prepare monthly damage collection reports (when applicable).
9. provision for damages (where applicable).
10. settle damages with customers and carriers.
11. prepare and conduct audits.
12. support all departments.
13. manage kpis.
14. coordinate documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.
15. communicate quality inspection results to supervisors and propose improvement actions.
16. foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence.
17. lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process quality and efficiency.
18. supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality inspection team.
19. update and validate work instructions.
20. resolve quality-related conflicts effectively and promptly.
qualifications
1. education: industrial engineering, business management, or related fields. Graduate degree preferred.
2. knowledge: basic proficiency in office packages, personnel management, iso 9001 (essential), aiag/iatf, fmea, msa, cp, sap, kpi, vehicle management standards, and a valid driver’s license.
3. experience: minimum of 2 years in managing quality systems, coordination, logistics planning, customer service, or personnel management.
4. language: intermediate english proficiency.
5. availability to travel.
