1. designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
2. exploring market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implementing appropriate best practices within the organization
3. building quality relationships with internal and external customers
4. monitoring and constantly reducing the costs of the recruitment process
5. developing social media communication strategies for different job profiles and functions
6. conducting job interviews for managerial positions or key jobs in the organization
7. monitoring labor legislation and implementing required changes to maintain compliance with global and regional policies
8. managing and developing the team of talent acquisition advisors
9. serving as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
10. designing training programs for talent acquisition advisors and line managers
11. developing succession plans
12. increasing the value added by team members
13. setting recruitment strategies and methods to achieve team goals
14. measuring and distributing recruitment workloads across talent acquisition advisors
15. building healthy relationships with internal and external customers
16. evaluating and creating reports for the team to provide visibility to other areas
17. training new team members on company processes and policies
18. negotiating with other areas on timelines and workloads
