As an *online marketing consultant team leader*, you will lead a team of sales closers, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a productive and professional environment.
*key responsibilities*:
*team management*:
- demonstrate successful selling techniques and transfer skills to your team.
- monitor team attendance, availability, and adherence to company policies.
- enforce compliance with organizational standards, including login, phone time, pause time, and talk time targets.
- ensure team discipline, manage leave schedules, and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- uphold the company’s code of conduct and sales floor policies.
*performance & target management*:
- work closely with managers to assign and communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- create and implement strategic plans to achieve team kpis and sales goals.
- analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
- present and defend team performance data during periodic reviews with management.
*coaching & development*:
- recognize and reward top performers within the team.
- identify improvement opportunities for underperformers and develop action plans.
- conduct regular one-on-one coaching and structured training sessions.
- foster continuous skill development to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
*qualifications*:
- proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- proficiency in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
