Job description:
main responsibilities of the position:
- partner with site stake holders, process owners and it teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirements
- develop an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs
- work with end users to determine needs (data, screens, processes, reports) and develop scope
- draft detailed specifications that reflect the user's needs
- analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations where improvements can be made
- support the implementation of systems to create an experience that positions terex as the first choice among peers for parts and services
- partner with business users to document test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
- coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
main job-specific requirements / skills:
- previous experience with erp or business processes
- analytical and project management skills / agile methodolgy
- demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within it and business teams (english)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- relevnat experience in reporting and data analysis tools
- excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building skills
- organized and flexible to changing business priorities - action and result oriented
- excellent presentation and listening skills
- ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations
- willingness to take ownership of issues and ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress in order to deliver solutions
