Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and develop SAP Control Change Board solutions according to business requirements.
- Provide functional and technical support to key users on issues related to customer, contract, invoicing, and collection management.
- Participate in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes related to SAP CCB.
- Analyzing change implementation, dates, and vendor review
- Manage incidents, changes, and requirements using agile or ITIL methodologies (as applicable).
- Collaborate with business teams, external consultants, and other SAP modules to ensure proper integration of solutions.
- Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing to ensure development quality.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for processes and developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in related positions
- Knowledge of reading Engineering Drawings and Diagrams
- Technical English (reading and writing); basic - intermediate level desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies, issue management tools, and documentation is a plus.
