- proven experience as a director of f&b in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- strong expertise in multi-outlet operations, luxury dining concepts, and high-volume banquets.
- demonstrated success in revenue generation, p&l management, and cost control.
- exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- high standards for service, presentation, and guest experience.
- fluent in english; additional languages are an advantage.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment with international client.
