Summary
our restaurant supervisor supports the daily operations of our hotel outlets. This will include support all food & beverage colleagues to provide exceptional service to our guests. This is a highly visible role that will ensure our guests have an amazing experience, while providing the best work environment for our colleagues. Often, this leader might be the leader on duty for morning, swing, and evening shifts. This individual works closely with the restaurant manager, assistant director of f&b, purchasing manager, and culinary leaders. Strong and professional communication skills are required, as this leader will facilitate effective communication across all departments regarding food & beverage happenings, while assisting and delighting our guests.
